Domohelp provides IT support and website services to individuals and businesses: DNS configuration, email client setup, SSL certificate installation, website and email migration, WordPress troubleshooting, hourly technical support, Care Plan subscriptions (Essential, Professional and Premium Care) and WordPress hosting, where we build, host and maintain WordPress websites on our own servers for startups and small businesses (business customers only). Support is delivered remotely, through AnyDesk or similar software, through our helpdesk and by email. We do not run premises open to the public.

3. Platform and technology

This website runs on WordPress with WooCommerce for orders, customer accounts and subscriptions. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Certain technical and transaction data is processed by these platforms to operate the website and take payments. Domohelp is responsible for the Services it provides and the content it publishes on this website.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, pricing information, guides and layout, belongs to Domohelp or its licensors and is protected by UK, EU and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish it without our written consent. The Domohelp name, logo and brand are our trademarks. Other trademarks, including AnyDesk, WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe, belong to their owners. Ownership of websites we build under our WordPress hosting plan is set out in section 10.3 of our Terms of Service.

We make every reasonable effort to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free from errors or omissions. Service descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice. Our blog, knowledge base and Diagnose tools are general information and do not replace professional advice tailored to your situation, which we provide as part of our contracted Services.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Domohelp’s liability arising from your use of this website or our Services is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
