12-month commitment, billed monthly at £36 (£432 a year). Offer price for sign-ups until 28 February, locked for your 12 months.£40 (£480 a year). When the 12 months are up it renews automatically, and you then have 5 days to request a cancellation by raising a ticket or emailing support@domohelp.com.

How Care Plan requests work
- Support requests cover fixes and changes to something already set up.
- New DNS, email and SSL setups are billed as one-time services, with your plan discount applied (10% off for Professional Care, 15% off for Premium Care).
- Website Migration, Email Migration and Technical Support & Custom Requests remain separate one-time services for all plans.
- Support is delivered remotely through AnyDesk.
- Premium Care is subject to a fair use policy.
